This is a case of a patient diagnosed with small cell lung carcinoma after presenting with severe hyponatremia due to syndrome of inappropriate antidiuretic hormone secretion (SIADH) who was readmitted 7 months later with refractory hypokalemia and hyperglycaemia due to ectopic adrenocorticotrophic hormone secretion (EAS).
